L: For home staging "less is more" for home living "more is more!"

A: Top three go-to Instagrams you follow?
A: What is your favorite home DIY transformation?
L: Our dining nook is my favorite transformation. It used to be a wasted space intended as a mud/laundry room. We rearranged things and made it something that will be used everyday, a place to enjoy some time rather that just walk through and collect laundry.
A: A favorite quote or mantra you live by?
L: Listen to your instincts they are ALWAYS right.
