Wait for your items to sell and receive 50% of the selling price that you can take out the door in cash. Payouts over $50 are paid out with a business check. Cash out anytime after an item sells and receive 60% on any item that sells over $100. With consignment you can track your sales online in real time!
When you sell your items for same day cash you receive 35% of the retail value in cash or a check if the payout is over $50.
When you sell your items for trade credit, you receive credit on the spot. You’ll keep 50% of the retail value that lives in our computer system, so no need to keep track of a gift card. You can spend the store credit anytime, not just on the day you receive it. Store trade only expires if you don’t use your account for over 1 year. All you need is your photo ID to redeem store trade at the register.

Step-by-step Selling Process
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT OR WALK-IN. Make an Appointment through our website to schedule an exact day and time, or walk-in on the day you'd like to sell and get on our first come first serve waitlist. If you make an appointment online you'll receive an SMS/email notification that you have successfully booked your appointment. Appointments are available one week in advance and limit one appointment per customer per day.
WAIT YOUR TURN. Whether you have an appointment or are on the waitlist, please wait to bring in your items until it is time for your buy. If you are on the in-store waitlist and are walking-in to sell, it is best to come in the store first and get on the waitlist, then bring your items in once it is time for your buy.
Whatever your reason for selling, we are here for you. We buy seasonally, based on current trends, looking at what’s currently moving quickly in the store.

CHECK IN. At the time of your appointment, approach the Buy Counter and check in with your buyer.
Have your photo ID ready.
If you are more than 10min late you may lose your appointment time slot and need to reschedule.
Only bring your items into the store when it is your appointment time. We no longer have space to store items waiting to be sold.
A combination of 3 no shows or cancelled appointments without a 30 minute warning, in a 30 day period, may result in not being able to sell at the store.
GRAB A COFFEE. While you are waiting for your buy to be completed, you can shop, grab a coffee, or run errands. If you walk around the neighborhood, we recommend that you stay close by (10 mins away), so that you can return to the Buy Counter in time to pickup your returns. If you are not shopping, we ask that you wait outside the store to allow for more customer capacity.
GET A TEXT NOTIFICATION. When your buy is finished you will receive a text notification. Please return to the Buy Counter within 10 minutes of receiving this text message.
PICK UP YOUR RETURNS. You will check-in with your buyer and go over the items that we are taking in. Any items we are not going to buy from you can be picked up at this time. All items not picked up immediately will be stored on our Returns shelving. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items once they are stored on the Returns shelving. All items left with us for longer than 1 hour after the buy is complete, will be donated to local charities.
THE FINE PRINT.
Store trade balances will now expire for accounts that are inactive for more than 1 year.
Sellers have to choose between cash or trade. We can not do partial cash or partial trade in the same selling transaction.
All store trade remains as store trade and can not be switched to cash at a later date.
All consignment items already in the store prior to March 15th, will not expire (3 month period) until October 1st, 2020.
With our COVID-19 special return policy, consignors may notice more returns on their consignment accounts.
What we are looking for:
CLEAN & TIDY
All clothing items coming in must be clean, & without rips, stains, or missing buttons. This goes for textiles, rugs, and furniture too! Please wipe down, dust, oil, and/or clean all furniture and home decor you’d like to bring in to sell.
CONTEMPORARY ON-TREND & VINTAGE
We buy vintage and current styles for both clothing and accessories and furniture and homedecor. We also love fun, funky, and quirky! When in doubt if an item is a good fit for the store, you can send us a photo via text or email, or just bring it on down to the store.
We take in items free from rips, stains, chips, dents, and dings. If you paint, oil, or varnish a furniture piece please give it no less than 24hrs to dry. Try to look over the items you are bringing in to see if there is anything that needs attending to prior to bringing them in. Does it really make a difference? Yes! You’ll make more money and more items will stay out of the landfill! Check out our Resources page to learn more.
