BUYING VINTAGE

We do our best to describe every garment to the best of our ability and multiple photos are provided with each listing as well as measurements and any flaws of note. Remember you are purchasing vintage, therefore these items have been previously worn, used, and loved and will show some signs of wear. All items are sold AS-IS. When purchasing from Artifact Creative Recycle, you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read the full condition of a garment and viewed all the photos available.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed with Artifact will generally ship within 4 business days. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact Artifact Customer Care at 760.579.1670 with your request. If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website please notify Artifact Customer Care at 760.579.1670 or email artifactpdx@gmail.com as early as possible.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your item. We can accept a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Please contact us at artifactpdx@gmail.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange plus your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please do not send your package back without confirmation from us.

Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns.

Please include your order confirmation email or packing slip with return or exchange.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items on SALE/CLEARANCE and purchased during a SALE promotion are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange. All JEWELRY is FINAL SALE.

LOST PACKAGES

We ship via USPS ground mail, which includes tracking. If your package is lost, please email us at artifactpdx@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to assist you. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please email us at artifactpdx@gmail.com

We can not be held responsible for packages once your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you can file a claim with USPS directly.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are able to order from our website but are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
